This was a project assigned to my by a relative. He has a 70mx10m terrain facing the beach in Las Aguilas Navolato, a small bay. Again since the budget was a big issue, he asked me to make a project that could be made in steps. The idea was to make a get away house for family and church events. 

There was some construction made in the property so we had to adjust the project to that. The house's paces were very simple, 2 Large rooms to accommodate as much people as posible, a general bathroom, a private room with its own bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. On the outside spaces to make camp fires, a place for grilling and all kinds of outdoor activities.
