Starcity is one of the several projects I worked on in schematic planning and project development in my first years at Oncuoglu+ACP. I learned and experienced customer circulation, anchor and elevator placements, loading and ware circulation, parking organizations, building axis systems, technical space needs etc. for an operational mall by working at several mall schemes.
This project is designed as an outlet center formed around a central elliptical atrium of an island scheme. Entrances of the outlet center are planned at the ends of the elliptical atrium from different floors. A hypermarket is located on the base floor and an entertainment zone is placed on the
top floor. Entertainment zone is composed of food-court, cinemas and a bowling alley.
I also prepared the signage design and detailings of this mall.
