Directed the design matters of Dubai projects of Oncuoglu + ACP in partnership with Kaya PMC. Served as the design responsible of all the 3 concurrent projects in Dubai; 10 storey luxury residential w/ Gross Building Area (GBA) 15.000m2 and 9 storey serviced apartments w/ GBA 13.000m2 on Palm Jumeirah, 28 storey tower hotel apartments w/GBA 73.370m2 in Oldtown Burj Khalifa disrict. Proposed design of the tower is accepted as it is.
All design management in Dubai Office and design coordination between Ankara head Office, Dubai branch and the client, as well as international subcontractors.
