This 350m2 house in the traditional American style focused on the incorporation of various traditional design features such as diverse use of materials, a wrap-around-porch, a large open living / dining room and entrance, utility space and indoor car garage.
At 350m2 it’s not a small house, but with 3 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, a (spare) game room, a bar and a 2 car garage it does provide a lot for a family to entertain guests and friends.
Due to it’s southern facing location, a long solar gable roof with glass sides and a large rear balcony provide the finishing touches.
