Poor neighborhoods sometimes need an impulse to give them a positive spin. A building with a public function and attractive factor can add to this. This design responds to this by creating a square with the library to the most public side. Also by the shape of the building secondary squares are formed for residents and neighbors. The squares all have their own softer materials, whereas the ones facing the city are also made in the same brickwork.
