Montes House is a residential project located in Santiago, Chile. The concept seeks to optimize the complex site conditions and take advantage of the exceptional views overlooking Santiago City.

From SD to DD, Rodrigo participated as a project manager, han- dling design meetings with the client to leading the design pro- cess. Coordinated with consultants and construction manag- ers and developed a full set for construction. He managed the permit approval process. Lead site visits and solved problems on-site and provided after-sales services for additional work re- quested by the client.
