Cornejo House (2008) was Rodrigo’s first, self-employed commis- sioned project. This concrete house, constructed on two levels, seeks to capture Santiago’s beautiful views. The house facade faces the condo street and is divided into several hermetic volumes from where the master bedroom’s terrace appears.

Rodrigo oversaw meetings with the client and led the design process from schematic design to construction administration. He coordinat- ed with consultants and construction managers and participated in several site visits. Rodrigo developed a full DD set and also a com- plete set for construction while managed permit approval.
