Momares House is located in a sloped site in Santiago, Chile. The project takes advantage of the surrounding landscape, its slope, and the city’s skyline. The common areas face the large front yard, with predominant views towards Santiago’s city, while all bedrooms face a side patio that connects to the front courtyard through a wood deck that runs along the house’s side.

Rodrigo oversaw meetings with the client and led the design process from schematic design to construction administration. He coordinated with consultants and construction managers and participated in several site visits. Rodrigo developed a full DD set and also a complete set for construction while managed permit approval.
