Las Condes Theatre and Civic Center, opened in 2010, is a multifunc- tional performing arts center with a capacity of 874 seats, located five stories beneath ground level, and includes parking for 400 vehicles. The three-story administration building is organized around a central triple-height longitudinal hall at street level, towards which the two upper-levels open.

Working as an intern, Rodrigo participated in creating board meetings presentations, producing interior study renders, and producing his first Construction document package. Rodrigo actively worked com- pleting layout studies for the Municipal Council offices and develop- ing interiors elevations for the construction set.
