Located in the suburban area of Santiago, Chile, Berner House is a residential project that provides flexible, multi-functional spaces. The design creates open spaces that visually connect, while large floor to ceiling windows opens to the backyard and an interior il- luminated garden (with a tree as a central piece). Movable panels allow the space to change, creating different configurations.

From schematic design to design development, Rodrigo participated as a project manager, handling design meetings with the client and developing a full design set. He managed permits approvals, coordi- nate with consultants, and produced scale study models.
