This project is located on the fourth floor of a LEED category building in the business district of Santiago, Chile. With an open-plan office, the open central core with medium-height walls promotes interaction between coworkers.

From schematic design to construction administration, Rodrigo par- ticipated as a project manager. Handle meetings with the client and developed a full set for construction. Managed permits approval. Co- ordinate with consultants and construction managers. Lead site visits and solved problems on-site. Provide after-sales services for additional works requested by the client.
