Dos Diez is a residential project in the historic district
of downtown San Antonio. The project includes a
new extension to an existing 1872 stone cottage.
The extension seeks to respect the original residence
while allowing the inhabitants to enjoy the beauty
and charm of the historic home. The proposed
design extension serves as a linking gallery between
the existing home and the new secondary structure.
The project develops a relationship between interior
and exterior spaces with respect of the historic
structure while allowing for a contemporary response
to modern lifestyle.
