Happy, he's really not over-rated at all. His work is fantastic, he's challenging the role of the architect, and the attention he's willing to bring to our entire profession is welcome.
In that photo he's also the spitting image of one of my high school boyfriends.
Regarding that CNN article - I agree with what he is saying, but his office is in a city that is actively seeking creative infrastructure solutions - he just happens to be in the right place at the right time.
