JTM Construction seeks a VDC Coordinator
The VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Coordinator plays a critical role from pre-construction, construction and through the post-occupancy process.  There are many stake holders who play an important role in the successful execution of construction projects and the VDC Coordinator is a conduit between the various teams and will analyze, organize, and disseminate relevant information to the teams in a timely and efficient manor in an effort to develop solutions for complex problems.  The VDC Coordinator should be fluent in a variety of software applications, can read and understand architectural, and engineering drawings, create accurate architecture, and engineering models and drawings. Experience with Extended Reality, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality is required.

ThinkForm seeks a BIM Manager/Architect
ThinkForm® Architects is a Veteran Owned Architecture and Design firm specializing in “total environments” for private and public entities. Must have a bachelor of Architecture degree and 6 to 10 years of professional experience. Should have 5 years (minimum) Revit experience. 

SOM seeks a Senior Digital Design Architectural Professional
A Senior Digital Designer is a leader responsible for supporting project teams in the use of digital tools and processes, as well as keeping SOM at the vanguard in terms of implementing and exploring new digital tools and processes.  A person in this role is expected to contribute to and execute those goals accordingly and organize their own efforts in doing so with periodic oversight from a Senior Digital Design Manager.  They are emerging leaders, have a strong knowledge of architectural practice and have vested interest in how project data and knowledge is represented and managed. Must demonstrate expertise in digital tools such as BIM360, Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, scripting and programming. Should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in design development, architectural design, documentation, and detailing and minimum of 3 yeras in BIM management. Completion of 5 or 6-year architectural degree program is required.

Laptop Rendering seeks a Visualization Apprentice
Labtop produces architectural renderings for our international clientele, as well as participating in architectural competitions and building our own designs. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, detail-orientated, and self-motivated with a friendly demeanor. Parler français est un plus, mais ce n’est pas nécessaire. An architectural background is not necessary but a plus. The right candidate will have a strong desire to learn closely with the team and will gain experience working on active projects performing various tasks. Experience using 3D modeling programs is highly recommended but not required. Knowledge of the Adobe Suite/Rhino/SketchUp/Cinema 4D/3ds Max or anything in between is a plus.

DVLPR seeks an Architecture Visualization Expert/Renderer
Qualified candidates should be highly competent renderers and modelers comfortable with a high degree of realism, texture mapping, and lighting. The studio works in an iterative process for regular presentations of Architectural Exterior Views, Architectural Interior Views, and Isolated Views of custom elements. Must be familiar with 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar software. Should have excellent graphic talent and sense of realism. Strong ability to generate architectural views of all kinds, exterior, interior, and isolated elements.

Adamson Associates Architects seeks a BIM Manager (Revit Manager)
Reporting to the Principals, Project Managers, and other Adamson BIM Managers, this person will act as the lead on all BIM-related strategy, training, and application. The candidate will be the "go to" persons on all Revit related inquires from both senior and junior employees. Should have leadership skills to connect with other Adamson Offices BIM managers to exchange information and knowledge; as well as make sure office-wide standards are being followed. Minimum Bachelor of Architecture degree and minimum of 5 years experience as a BIM Manager with a background in implementing training programs and developing BIM standards for a practice. Expert level Revit proficiency is required. 

WXY Architecture + Urban Design seeks an Architectural Visualization Artist
The role requires an ability to integrate visualization throughout the full range of design tasks-- from supporting conceptual design to assisting construction details. The candidate should possess strong design skills, excellent visual communication skills, a good eye, and a strong technical aptitude for learning new tools and techniques. A particular focus of the position will be to develop design ideas through photo-realistic renderings, ensuring that built elements, materials, lighting, and contextual elements (including demographics) are represented accurately. a variety of high quality representational media including; conceptual diagrams, design drawings, visualization, model making, as well as putting together presentations and marketing proposals. Construction documentation experience and Revit skills are essential. Software requirements include: 3DS Max, Corona, Photoshop, Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit. Professional degree in architecture, animation, or related is required.

Rowland + Broughton Architecture and Interior Design seeks a BIM Manager/Architect
The BIM Manager is ultimately responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies, training and standards. This position is a hybrid role overseeing BIM technologies as well as working on teams as a Project Architect. Must have a bachelor's degree in architecture or related degree from an accredited program. 7-10 years of project architect experience or demonstrated equivalence and minimum of 5 years of BIM management/training/standards implementation experience. Proficiency in current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Strong working knowledge of PC, LAN, WAN, and database software and technologies.

SBLM Architects seeks an Architectural Renderer
Potential candidates will be tasked with producing 3d Visualization presentations for active design projects and marketing efforts. He/she will collaborate with the architectural design team and marketing leaders and graphic designers to develop effective presentation solutions, storyboard, and produce final imagery. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Graphic Design/Visual Arts with an Emphasis on Architectural Rendering is required. Should exude expert Level Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Modeling and Rendering Software (Preferred: Rhino, SketchUP, Revit, 3D Studio Max, VRay, Maxwell, or Artlantis)

Tim Barber Ltd. seeks a Job Captain/BIM Manager
The Job Captain / BIM Manager leads office Revit development and education. As an integral part of the TBL Team, the BIM actively guides drawings production of TBL projects, focused on document effectiveness, accuracy and buildability. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and works directly with the Project Managers and Design Associates to ensure the quality of architectural documents and models. Should have 5-year professional architectural degree, or Master’s and 4-6 years professional experience utilizing Revit. Familiarity with 3D Rendering and VR Platforms (Enscape, Lumion, or similar) and Advanced Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) proficiency.
