JTM Construction seeks a VDC Coordinator
The VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Coordinator plays a critical role from pre-construction, construction and through the post-occupancy process. There are many stake holders who play an important role in the successful execution of construction projects and the VDC Coordinator is a conduit between the various teams and will analyze, organize, and disseminate relevant information to the teams in a timely and efficient manor in an effort to develop solutions for complex problems. The VDC Coordinator should be fluent in a variety of software applications, can read and understand architectural, and engineering drawings, create accurate architecture, and engineering models and drawings. Experience with Extended Reality, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality is required.

Must demonstrate expertise in digital tools such as BIM360, Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, scripting and programming. Laptop Rendering seeks a Visualization Apprentice
Labtop produces architectural renderings for our international clientele, as well as participating in architectural competitions and building our own designs. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, detail-orientated, and self-motivated with a friendly demeanor. Parler français est un plus, mais ce n’est pas nécessaire. An architectural background is not necessary but a plus. The right candidate will have a strong desire to learn closely with the team and will gain experience working on active projects performing various tasks. Reporting to the Principals, Project Managers, and other Adamson BIM Managers, this person will act as the lead on all BIM-related strategy, training, and application. The candidate will be the "go to" persons on all Revit related inquires from both senior and junior employees. Should have leadership skills to connect with other Adamson Offices BIM managers to exchange information and knowledge; as well as make sure office-wide standards are being followed. The BIM Manager is ultimately responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies, training and standards. This position is a hybrid role overseeing BIM technologies as well as working on teams as a Project Architect. Must have a bachelor's degree in architecture or related degree from an accredited program. 7-10 years of project architect experience or demonstrated equivalence and minimum of 5 years of BIM management/training/standards implementation experience. Proficiency in current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Strong working knowledge of PC, LAN, WAN, and database software and technologies.

The Job Captain / BIM Manager leads office Revit development and education. As an integral part of the TBL Team, the BIM actively guides drawings production of TBL projects, focused on document effectiveness, accuracy and buildability.
