Transform the BEACH installation into a new art piece in Dupont Underground’s Re-Ball! competition
The BEACH was a 10,000 square-foot indoor ball pit that Snarkitecture designed, and it was a huge summer hit last year. As part of a revival effort for a former trolley station in Washington D.C.'s Dupont Circle, non-profit group The Dupont Underground is seeking designs for a new art installation to recycle the BEACH's more than 650,000 plastic balls.
OMI’s “OMA Fiction | Non Fiction” looks back on the firm’s formative years in Rotterdam & The Hague
OMA has a slew of their works on display in an exhibition titled "OMA Fiction | Non Fiction", currently at the aptly named Office for Metropolitan Information (OMI). OMI also created a map and organized public tours that give more insight into OMA's work across Rotterdam and The Hague over the last few decades.
Get a glimpse of Foster + Partner’s first major exhibition in Japan at the Mori Art Museum
If you'll be in Tokyo soon, head over to the Mori Art Museum to check out "Foster + Partners: Architecture, Urbanism, Innovation", which is the firm's first large-scale exhibition in Japan.
