Jack's House - an environmental project that represents a number of global trends. There is nothing superfluous: two floors, which successfully located 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen with dining room, dressing room and 2 bathrooms respectively.
Each element of the interior, above all, plays a functional role. On the ground floor - entrance lobby, living room and kitchen on the second - private rooms. Overall - a minimum clearance. The design of the present expressive architectural materials: aerated concrete and ordinary concrete, metal. But there are also natural wood.
Vertical wooden beams aerated concrete wall decorated living room and bedroom, which is fully trimmed pine board. On the floor everywhere except bathrooms - flooring. Because one of the walls of the building almost completely glazed (living room on the first floor and the bedroom above it with large panoramic windows), there is a constant confrontation «in-out» the interior and exterior. Green lawn easily "joins" Part of the interior, while the comfort of home "spreads" in closed court. Barbecue area - the perfect excuse to invite friends and get everyone under one roof. Individuality space added numerous art objects and decor, and furniture created by domestic masters of copyright works by Sergei Makhno.
"Jack's House" shows how with a limited budget you can create a modern and functional minimal. The trick is to decide for themselves what the "household items" you really need, but from what should be abandoned.
