HARBOUR HILLS ANDRATX is a hotel-type house in one of the most picturesque corners of Mallorca. A house that combines a local light mood with thoughtful functionality, and amazing solutions with extraordinary comfort.
CHALLENGE
Mallorca has height restrictions, so to design a light four-storey house we resorted to an ingenious solution - placing it in a cascade on a sloping mountainside.
And in order for daylight to penetrate even to the lower tier, a pit was dug. And this is just the beginning.
