LIC-A Members & Guests Present: Walk with Light
A curated showcase of LIC-A member art along with Music & Light performance. At 9:30 pm Pat Irwin, formerly of the B-52’s and Emmy Award-winning musician J. Walter Hawkes will collaborate in a concert of music and light with internationally recognized neon-light artist Kenny Greenberg. Walk with light from room-to-room within The Plaxall Gallery’s 12,000 sq ft space of glowing art! LIC-A’s illuminating group show for the 7th annual LIC Arts Open festival will feature a stunning array of artwork from scores of artists. Seen here is a taste of what will be on view, from artists: J. F. Bautista, Indrajeet Chandrachud, Carol Crawford, Adrian Dimetriou, Kenny Greenberg, Jorge Posada, and Sharon Taylor. So stop by for some art, music, free drinks and hors d’oeuvres!

LIC Artists, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit arts advocacy organization founded by artists and incorporated in 1986 in Long Island City. Originally located in a studio/ loft complex above a paper factory, LIC-A began producing art exhibitions and events, originated the Open Studios Annuals in 1985 and has continued since in providing professional development opportunities for artists.
