1966 - The Mourning Stationary

The beginning:
When I was 11 years old I got my first job in a local family owned print shop making envelopes and cards manually. These envelopes were mostly made for condolences and sympathy, this process had 3 main steps: first make the envelopes, second paint the border of the envelope with black ink one at the time and third paint the border of the condolences cards with black ink.
So….I’ve got my pen holder, a few nibs, a bottle of ink and 1000 envelopes per day…now what?...start working!
