The top floor of a brownstone walk up was renovated connecting the apartment with the buildings rooftop. The apartment was designed as we flexible two-bedroom apartment with the second bedroom being a flex space which can be used as an office, bedroom or TV/family room. The kitchen island is the center piece of the apartment with is shaped volume welcomes visitors, allows for seating, cooking and communication.
