Working as the Architect of Record, Haute Architecture is collaborating with the British architect Norman Foster, Lord of Thamesbank to restore the 1920’s lobby of a pre-war residential building along Central Park. In order to rebuild the original grandeur of the lobby, the neoclassical interior décor has been complemented with modern yet timeless furniture and custom lighting elements which reflect the streamlined design of the original era. The existing lobby’s envelope and interior finishes will be carefully restored to preserve the original elements of the building.
