Two apartments, a one bedroom and studio apartment were combined to a three bedroom apartment. The existing envelope of the 1920th building was maintained and a new center millwork piece was introduced. The millwork spine is separating the bedrooms from the semi public spaces. The new layout offers a play area for the kids outside the bedrooms without compromising the family's living spaces.
