great project to start my monday with... i will go look at pawson, silvestrin and other minimalists and see if i can find something...

after seeing this i was surprised to find out that it's one of the architect's fist completed projects since starting off on his own.

good guess, but much younger and a lot less built work. he just received his diploma in 2001 and started his own practice in 2005, and completed the project above in 2006.

You are correct, SDR. It is the Frey II residence in Palm Springs.
