The Vertical Sequence Tower is an expansion of the mixed-used integration process. With many mixed-use projects existing primarily upon the horizontal, this project assumes a similar
role within a vertical context. The tower itself is a mixed palette of retail, residential, office and vertical green; all working together within a circulatory framework to better inform a
sustainable high-rise system of living. Existing as a symbol of elevated urban lifestyle, the Vertical Sequence Tower will become a landmark for the surrounding areas by the successful
vertical development of an urban mixed-use strategy.
