The Urban Creek Project intends to present the City of Beijing with a wholly new Urban lifestyle district and experience. To bringing together an innovative vision of natural living, sustainable development, urban city lifestyle, residential community and enhanced consumer experience through the seamless implementation of a series of project districts and through addressing all community needs within an unified urban development.

Its vision and intent is to create an urban micro-downtown whose resulting design shall bring together nature, shopping and culture, while concomitantly expanding the palette of programs and experiences available to the surrounding communities.
