Working with Principal Design Architect Soo K. Chan, founder of SCDA Architects, the boutique residences feature unique individual amenities including private pools with indoor/ outdoor exposures and double height living spaces.

522W 29th Street known as SOORI HIGH LINE is a 11-story new project next to famed High Line park, The 135-FT high, 82,000-SF. building is a prominent addition that houses 27 luxury residences with 16 units featuring rectangular swimming pools. of 24 - 28 FT long, 4-FT-deep by 7 - 9 FT wide. All three 4,510-SF triplex penthouses offer a roof terrace, a private heated pool, a terrace  & 20-FT-high ceilings. And all three 1st floor duplex units have private courtyards, with outdoor space & natural light.  I was involved in this project, in the capacity of Director of CA at the end the CDs thru the occupancy of the Building along with number of DOB, DOT, NYFD, DOP and NYDF re submissions
