20 East End Avenue,is a classically featured gray brick apartment building designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. This 17-story building features 43 apartments, including (2) penthouses, (2) duplex townhouses and a maisonette, on the corner of East End Avenue and 80th Street. The apartments, which will range from two to six bedrooms and have 11 to 12 foot ceilings. A grand blackened-steel staircase will have a three story bronze hanging light fixture in the corner. The stately stairs lead down to the wine cellar, wine-tasting room & a 3,000-SF gym, teen room, spa, steam, and sauna. and it also leads up to the library, billiard room, chess room and bar.
