1107 Broadway was built on 1915, GWHA converted a former toy Factory into a 23-story building containing 125 of the most coveted residential condominiums in NoMad. The building was a U-shaped, 16-story brick building with oversize windows on Broadway overlooking the park. The design team carefully removed one leg of the U- shape, allowing for light and air to flood the new residences and for the creation of a lush green roof courtyard at the 3rd floor.
10 MSW offered: 1-5-bedroom residences with large windows & panoramic views and there is a 7-story addition on top the roof. Amenities included a private club, fitness center, 60 ft lap pool, hot tub, yoga studio, Pilates studio, high energy studio, spa treatment room, women & men locker rooms with steam and sauna, children’s playroom, private storage, bike storage & courtyard garden,
