10-50 Sullivan Street is a 114,600-SF new building complex which includes a 16-story Neoclassical style, brick, luxury condominium building,  + four boutique luxury 25-FT wide 4-story townhouses located in Manhattan’s SoHo district.  The site itself was a challenge with its triangular shape and being the previous location of a gas station and car wash therefore requiring remediation.  And since, It was also originally zoned for commercial use and it had to be presented to the city’s Board of Standards and Appeals for a residential zoning change. 50 Sullivan  is a 91,318-SF flatiron-shaped tower done in collaboration with the designer Tamarkin Co. and it included 21 residential units & a $45M 5,500-SF triplex penthouse with 11-FT ceilings, heated floors, parking garage, fitness center, private elevators, storage space for resident & retail space. One of the most striking, unique features of the tower is its elliptical end (curved concrete, slightly curved brick, curved glass) which goes up the full height of the building at the site’s southernmost tip.  

20, 30, 40, and 50 Sullivan Street are each of the four $25M townhouses that included a stately curved  wooden stair topped with a skylight connecting 4 floors, an elevator, an English basement & a rooftop terrace. I was involved in this project, as of Director of CA at the middle of the CDs thru the occupancy of the Tower and until the end of construction of all (4) Townhouses along with DOB, DOT, DOF & NYFD submissions.
