DOLBY THEATER

The DOLBY (fka: Kodak) Theater is a live Venue in the Hollywood and Highland a 640,000-SF of retail, dining, and entertainment complex on Hollywood Boulevard. It is the Home of the annual Academy Awards Ceremonies (The Oscars)  with a  seating capacity for up to 3,401 people and the venue was designed by the Rockwell Group at a cost of $94 million, 

The master planning design encompassed the orchid walk, the Grand Rotunda and the famous 60,000-SF auditorium. Collaborated on the DD & CD phases  elaborating lobby/grand stair elevations and sections and responsible for developing: the theater access ramps and corridors sections, circulation & egress interior/exterior/stage stairs & stage house cross sections.
