Workpoint is a lively, inspiring shared office facility focused on encouraging creative collaboration amongst its members, primarily media professionals and creative entrepreneurs. In addition to a work area with various configurations of conference rooms and breakout zones, the new build out comprises a high-tech video production studio, editing facilities, large event space and a fully functional kitchen. Design elements include wide plank vinyl wood flooring, a partially open ceiling with drop ceiling clouds, and bold pops of blue to differentiate public vs. private space. To complement the incredible views of the Long Island sound, MKDA elected for a neutral color palette that appeals to a broad range of users.
