Eagle Point Credit Management LLC relocated their office into a 20,000 RSF space in Greenwich, CT. One of the challenges of this relocation was the inclusion of three separate business entities — two of which had to be physically separated — while planning for shared amenities and support spaces. With low ceilings and exposed concrete coffers, all partitions had to be built on the waffle ceiling grid. The HVAC perimeter floor grills, floor walker ducts and the lack of a sprinkler system in the building added a unique challenge to the overall design. The new classic and timeless office space features a 10’ x 10’  private office, motorized sit-to-stand work surfaces, a custom Woodtech boardroom table with a solid surface top and seamless drawers along the edge for all IT/AV plugs. It also includes acoustical wall-coverings, fabric wrapped panels for high-sensitive rooms and separate shower and locker rooms for the building’s fitness facility.
