Weaving geometrically through a site studded with old growth oak trees, this 3-bedroom house maintained the footprint and main bearing walls of its 1970’s ranch house predecessor. Large expanses of glass on the first floor are contained by linear dark brick walls and balanced by restrained ribbon windows on the second floor.
