Renovation of a 3 story townhouse after floodwaters from Sandy destroyed the basement. Renovation included relocating the kitchen from the basement to the first floor, opening up the back of the house to a new terrace with a series of glass doors, and installation of all new efficient HVAC in a newly constructed rooftop enclosure.
