B+H Architects [2006]

This major redevelopment of a 1970s-era, mixed-use complex in Midtown Toronto owned by Oxford Properties Group included the recladding and renovation of the retail and office components, as well as the addition of more retail, an automated parking structure, office tower, and condominium tower. Still under development, the project has not begun construction. I worked on schematic designs, vertical circulation, the green roof, automated parking garage, sections, and plans.
