2013 Young Voices Publication Award, Award

My Master of Architecture thesis entitled, "[re]Marketing Modernism: The Revision of an Iconic Mid-century, Mixed-use Hotel" was selected as the winner of the 2013 Young Voice Publication Award by Cincinnati Book Publishing. It was published in October 2013.

Docomomo International Student Workshop, Scholarship

Selected as one of only 20 students from around the world to participate in this program, I received a scholarship from the University of Cincinnati Global Studies Office to cover the costs of airfare and ground transportation. Docomomo covered the costs of housing and food.

federal grant to study abroad in Brussels, Belgium, representing the United States in the inaugural year of this new program.

official selection for exclusive film festival, for my documentary entitled "in memory of" - about my family's experience caring for my grandfather in-home as he suffered with the effects of lung cancer and its treatments for 2.5 years.

Bowling Green Student Film Festival, 1st Place

for my documentary "Bowling Green, Ohio - Architectural Study No. 1" which illustrated the historic 19th and 20th century architecture of Bowling Green, including the demolition of the city's power plant smokestack - a beloved icon of the area.
