The 2004 project was for improvements to the Omni Interlocken Hotel site in Broomfield, Colorado. Improvements included a 4,000 S.F. outdoor pavilion, a second 2,000 S.F. swimming pool, 200 S.F. pool side bar, fire pit, paths, a bridge, hardscape and significantly intensified landscape plantings. The $12 million project was done while I was an Associate at Zmistowski Design Group. Included design art was created by me.
