The 36,400 S.F. project was completed while I was an Associate at Zmistowski Design Group, The client was Lennar Homes and the cost was $12 million. Included was the clubhouse and golf facilities, a pro shop, dining and bar facilities, meeting rooms, swimming pool and exercise room. My involvement extended from inception through close-out. The project opened in 2008. All the graphic work shown here was created by me.
