2000, Located in a narrow no-man's land site between two highways, this complex of medical offices and laboratories would have sat at a significant point of entry and departure for North-East Boulder. The site had a great deal of visual sensitivity and had been previously shown to be suitable for a hotel and other urban gateway components, but the City's aims for the land had shifted in the meantime and the owners flipped the property, so this scheme was never built.
