O'Neil Langan Architects seeks a Junior Architect/ Designer for Kansas and New York office (they also seek an Intermediate Architect)

Ideal Candidate: The firm is looking for a junior-level architect or designer with strong schematic design and rendering skills, as well as experience with construction documents. Applicants must have a BArch, MArch, or equivalent Interior Design degree. Must have knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D Studio Max & Vray, or Rhino & Vray proficiency (we like to keep rendering projects on these platforms)

Location Notes: This remote position will require workers to meet project output standards from home using a combination of personal and remote PC hardware. The firm seeks candidates who are located in the Lawrence/Kansas City region and will be able to attend safe, socially distanced, in-person meetings at least once a week.

Charlotte Worthy Architects seeks a Project Manager/ Architectural Associate (the firm also seeks an Administrative Assistant)

Ideal Candidate: Candidates with experience in high-end residential projects are highly valued. Applicant should be able to work proficiently with standard computer production programs such as AutoCAD and feel comfortable in all phases of project document production. Must have 3 - 7 years of experience in traditional high-end residential architecture with experience in project management. 

Location Notes: This position will be remote to start and will transition into an in-office position. Applicants must be able to travel into the office, and on occasion to project sites.

Two One Two Design seeks an Architectural Designer Luxury Retail

Ideal Candidate: Must have a minimum of 3 -5 years of experience as a Design Architect, with a focus on Luxury Retail, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality. Global Luxury Retail and or National Coffee Cafe specific experience required. A Bachelor's degree in Design or Architecture and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, 3D and other modeling software programs such as Rhino and 3D Studio Max is required. 

Location Notes: We are currently working remotely and will offer virtual remote work options post-pandemic as well.

Amador Whittle Architects, Inc seeks a Project Manager

Ideal Candidate: The applicant should have a professional degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited school (we support licensure expenses). At least three years minimum working in architecture, bonus if experienced with educational projects. Be a current residence in LA or Ventura County, ability to visit construction sites. Has organized workflows and works cleanly in Revit. Applicants who are interested in learning about building technology, California material, and construction techniques, and architectural details is ideal. Location Notes: This position is full-time, currently remote, but with the future of working in our physical office located in Agoura Hills, settled into the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains. 

Evelyn Pierce Design Studio seeks a Staff Architect

Ideal Candidate: The firm seeks an enthusiastic team member with 3+ years of residential architectural experience, who is excited by residential architecture and is willing to take on any task. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work remotely and independently (with direction/guidance from others) in providing drawing support and be efficient, detail-oriented, tenacious, and professional. Site visits in DC and close-in suburbs are required.

Location Notes: During COVID - drafting, sourcing work to be done at home. Site visits and some in-office work will be required. Post-COVID - in Vienna, VA office and/or owner’s home office in Washington, DC

SRG (Sterling-Rice Group) seeks a Designer

Ideal Candidate: The candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience and a great portfolio showing strong conceptual design skills. The firm is seeking a talented, ambitious Designer to join our team of multifaceted brand professionals to create defining work for large-scale branding projects. According to the firm, "you won’t be stuck on one account or even one type of project, our agency is dynamic, and design is at the center of our offerings, from innovation and new products to identity, packaging, and environments, to digital and creative campaigns. Location Notes: Work is remote during COVID. Long-term relocation to Colorado is preferred, but negotiable.

Studio DIAA seeks a Project Architect

Ideal Candidate: The firm seeks a project architect/designer with at least 4-7 years of professional experience, and a background in thoughtfully detailed, modern residential architecture. The ideal candidate will have both strong design and technical skills and will have experience in every phase of design, permitting documentation, and construction of high quality. A deep appreciation and understanding of modern design and detailing is essential, along with an eye for craft and attention to nuance.  They will work closely alongside one of our principals to bring each project to life while being intimately involved in every phase of the process from beginning to end, which at times, can also include interior design.

Location Notes: Studio DIAA is flexible in working remote or within the studio due to Covid.  The candidate must be willing to relocate or be within the Seattle area due to site visits and occasional review meetings

De La Garza Architecture LLC seeks a Mid-Level Architect

Ideal Candidate: The firm seeks a mid-level architect with 4+ years’ experience. (License not required) Must have strong AutoCAD experience in drawing production and 3D modeling skills. Must be highly organized, self-starter, and team-player.

Location Notes: Remote position and must have the ability to make site visits and attend in-person meetings in Westchester and NYC

Calico Wallpaper seeks a Pre-Press Designer

Ideal Candidate: In this position, they will be assisting the sales team and production manager in producing and preparing our wallpaper murals. They will be responsible for reviewing schematic designs and creating elevation plans. Their projects will involve residential and commercial architectural designs. Must have 1-2 years experience in graphic design and or architectural design. Strong layout and typography skills are required and a familiarity with pre-press operations and possess production/printing knowledge. 

Location Notes: Remote position and must be available to work New York business hours.

Ideal Candidate: Our office is looking for individuals with an obsessive passion for architecture and design, with proven skills in covering news/issues for, and about, architects and the architecture industry. Direct involvement in architecture, or deep knowledge of architecture, is a necessity. 

Location Notes: The position is remote, due to the ongoing pandemic, so applicants may be located anywhere. Local applicants in the Los Angeles area may have the option of working in our studio when the pandemic is over.
