The new building will be situated in an urban setting, and with no allotted parking, customers are expected to arrive by means of public transportation. The structure will be constructed with prefabricated vertical concrete columns on a 10 x 10 meter grid, which the architects intended to promote flexibility for the company, the grid creates spaces that can shifted and repurposed through time.
