New Waterloo seeks a Designer
New Waterloo is a hospitality management and development company based in Austin, Texas. Reporting to the Director of Design, the Designer will be accountable for the creative vision of impactful design initiatives from concept through logistics and install. The designer will be trusted to make key design decisions, under the overall creative direction of the Director of Design. A successful designer will fearlessly push boundaries, creating trends instead of following them. They will be innovative, scrappy, and have grit, while also exercising organizational abilities to ensure projects are delivered on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. Must hold a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Architecture or Interior Design.
Sensory Interactive seeks a Senior Architectural Designer
The Project Design Leader works with the design and strategy team in our Austin studio, a bright, modern space in a renovated warehouse building in the heart of historic east Austin. The office is surrounded by some of the city’s best dining and entertainment options and is just blocks away from the Plaza Saltillo Metrorail Station. Members of the design and strategy team also travel regularly to project locations across the country and to Sensory Interactive offices in New York, Boston, and Washington, DC.
Bercy Chen Studio seeks a Mid-Senior Level Architect
The firm seeks architects with different levels of experience to design, document, and construct single family homes, restaurants, office buildings, multifamily residential projects, and mixed-use buildings, to name a few. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of relevant work experience. Design/ build experience a plus. Familiarity with International Building Codes, Life Safety Code, TAS ADA and AIA Contract. They will also work with the Accounting Department to establish a project’s budgeting, staffing, scheduling, financial management and contractual requirements.
A Parallel Architecture seeks a Project Manager/Manager
Candidates must be a registerd architected OR have a minimum of 8 years professional experience. Extensive knowledge of architectural documentation, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction technologies. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, 3D Rendering, and Excel are a must. The candidate must have experience leading high-end Residential (1MM+) and Commercial (1MM-20MM+) projects.
LEVY Architects seeks an Interior Designer
Responsibilities will include collaborating with Project TEAM/ Architects and management of projects. Must have great communication and design skills; must understand construction detailing and be able to manage own clients. The ideal candidate will be performing interior design assignments for a variety of project types that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation. Must have a strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications. Software experience in REVIT, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are required. Must be an Interior Designer with 3+ years experience.
Clayton & Little seek a Project Manager
A Project Manager is a licensed architect or is seeking licensure, with 3 or more years of work experience. S/he coordinates project design for several projects, develops creative-design concepts, and prepares presentation and design drawings. S/he provides leadership and support on architectural project design and production and oversee less experienced project staff. S/he provides support in business development, marketing, and office management. The ideal candidate will facilitate project design efforts within a collaborative team structure and contribute to the development of design concepts for design projects of all types and scales.
Runa Workshop seeks an Architect/Architectural Intern
Runa Workshop is seeking to find a talented Architect or Architectural Intern with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in commercial projects. We are looking for creative, enthusiastic, self-directed, and driven people. Candidates should be proficient in Autodesk Revit, demonstrate knowledge of governing codes, strong management and coordination skills, possess a solid understanding of construction processes and methods. LEED AP is a plus.
