Archinect's Architecture School Lecture Guide for Fall 2019
With a new school year already here, it's time for Archinect's latest edition of Get Lectured, an ongoing series where we feature a school's lecture series—and their snazzy posters—for the current term. Check back regularly to keep track of any upcoming lectures you don't want to miss.

For Fall '19, the Harvard Graduate School of Design will host a variety of lecture events! Upcoming speakers include the Wheelwright Prize Lecture by Samuel Bravo; Frida Escobedo; and Snøhetta partner and landscape architect Michelle Delk; and Mariabruna Fabrizi and Fosco Lucarelli of Microcities and Socks-studio, to name just a few. Later this month, GSD Dean Sarah Whiting will have conversations with K. Michael Hays and Rem Koolhaas.
Other events this semester include conferences like Sacred Groves and Secret Parks: Orisha Landscapes in Brazil and West Africa and Black in Design 2019: Black Futurism: Creating a More Equitable Future.
The symposium Aging in [a] Place: Planning, Design, and Spatial Justice in Aging Societies will “apply a spatial justice lens to the challenges — financial, practical, political, and otherwise — facing our aging global population”.
