Bridge Information Systems - Campus Master Plan and Visitor's Center
OBJECTIVES
- Master plan to convert a typical suburban office park, composed of disparate, unrelated office buildings, into a cohesive corporate campus, the global headquarters for a growing IT and data services powerhouse.
- Create new design standards that supported the company’s new global corporate identity and brand.
DESIGN
- The master plan calls for some buildings to be expanded and converted to new uses, such as IT research and development, while others would make way to expansive new buildings, such as the Visitor’s Center housing the company’s business development and training functions.
- The buildings are linked by a series of elevated walkways that also serve to frame the central green space, the new heart and focus of the campus.
- Facilities, such as a hockey rink, ball courts, fitness center and employee cafeteria are introduced to enhance the corporate culture and life on campus.
