It's not that many hours, right ?
159hrs on top of the regular average 40hrs a week or 160 hours a month (or more?), that's quite something for a whole month. I wouldn't enjoy that for sure.
Moms of small children work those kind of hours. No overtime pay either.
I should say parents, not moms. Gender inclusive.
