His role will be minimal. At best, he will be hired as a design consultant to the AEC giants that will deliver the project and whose army of technical architects will really run the project.

watch the video, this is just a clip. it's interesting - but seems overdesigned for its modest scale.
I like it. It’s a good first year undergrad effort.
