A house that wants to reorganize its layout & function as a second office, (the main office is right in front of the building). The garage and carport space functioned as an office living room. The parking function was entirely transferred to the next office building.
The facade design was inspired by the Angelini UC Innovation Center, by Alejandro Aravena. The dominating and "powerful" plaster material, the use of glass & wood strengthens the identity of the building as an office. The design of the fence is adjusted to the facade, so that the building is seen as a unitary element that looks simple and looks powerful from the front.
