The sloped roof, low in the front and gradually rising toward the back to accommodate the second floor, lends a unique aesthetic dimension to the design.

The front of the house features a carport paved with red bricks, a small side entrance, and a bench positioned to the right of the building, creating a welcoming touch. Upon entering, the open-plan layout reveals a spacious family area that flows into an inner courtyard, stairway to the second floor, dining area, kitchen, and utility space in a continuous and integrated arrangement. A bathroom near the front is positioned parallel to the west-facing entrance, framed by glass doors.

The family area’s blue-and-white patterned tiles add a touch of visual intrigue, highlighting the unique charm of this space. The blend of materials here reflects the client's personal preferences, creating a harmonious aesthetic that balances the challenges of a narrow lot with functional beauty.

The inner courtyard, positioned centrally, serves as a refreshing focal point with a Tabebuia aurea tree for shade and a bench that invites various activities—relaxing, working, family discussions, or dining with guests.
