Loci was asked to convert an existing 18,000 SF medical office space into a Pre-K, 1st, and 2nd grade elementary school for The Equity Project (TEP) Charter School in Washington Heights. The classroom layouts are carefully aligned with TEP’s teaching strategies, prioritizing right-sized, vibrant learning spaces. By selecting a bright, welcoming, and cost effective palette of materials, our design supports TEP’s mission to invest in master teachers who focus on boosting student achievement.
