Loci Architecture recently completed the exterior restoration of the cast iron façades at 134-140 Grand Street, located at the crossroads of Soho and Nolita. The six story, late-19th century Landmark building is home to Iron Clad Artists Cooperative. Originally a manufacturing warehouse, the group of artists converted the building to accommodate 17 dramatic live/work loft spaces in 1977.
